Double blind piping 214022-999, 5mm, 300m/rl

A dimensionally stable, durable, and chemically resistant double piping with excellent impact resistance and higher heat resistance than traditional double piping with a plastic core. With a height of 5 mm, it is designed for use as a core in textiles or other covering materials. The fabric can either be sewn around the core (for which a special piping presser foot is available), allowing it to be handled like a standard double piping, or the fabric can be stapled directly into the piping, creating a neat starting point where the staples are hidden.

Ideally used in sewing applications for tents, canopies, textile walls, exhibition materials, and technical textiles, but also suitable for both manual and machine processing. It provides a professional and durable result in demanding environments, as the material’s rigidity ensures good shape retention, while still being flexible enough to handle curved profiles and installations.
