Thin cord is made of durable polyamide and has a waxed surface that makes it easier to handle when sewing and assembling. The waxing makes the cord smooth to work with, while also providing some resistance to moisture and friction.
The cord is mainly used in furniture manufacturing, for example when assembling buttons and buttons, and when tightening down upholstered furniture. It is also suitable for other technical applications where a thin, strong and dimensionally stable cord is required.
