Claims:

Fill in the form to send your return / claim to us.

In the event of customer returns and incorrect orders, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If the product is damaged, we want you to email pictures to us at order@nevotex.se, then also state the invoice number in the email.

Claim and returns:

It is the duty of the buyer to inspect the goods on arrival and submit any claims regarding the goods within 7 (seven) working days of receipt.

Returns are only accepted after contacting Nevotex and obtaining a return order. Returns without a return order slip will not be processed. Returned materials must be suitably packaged to prevent damage during transport. If possible, always use the original packaging.

Fabrics, leather or other materials that have been cut CANNOT be returned.

When returning fault-free products, Nevotex reserves the right to deduct up to 30 % of the invoiced amount.
