As agreed. When registering as a customer, you will receive information on payment terms.

All prices stated in price lists or elsewhere exclude VAT. Interest on late payment is charged at 8 % after the due date.

Items that are temporarily out of stock are put on back order and delivered free of charge as soon as possible. Order lines with a goods value of less than SEK 200 are not put on back order, but must be reordered. Special-order items and custom items are not treated as back orders.

Unless otherwise agreed or specified on the order confirmation, delivery will be made by DHL. Smaller packages can, on request from the customer, go by standard post. If using standard postal services, Nevotex disclaims any liability for loss (letters cannot be tracked) or damage that may arise during transport.

Any transport damage must be reported immediately by the recipient to the transport company. Note on the delivery receipt that the goods are damaged or if any package is missing. If not reported to the carrier, Nevotex cannot accept it as transport damage.

It is the duty of the buyer to inspect the goods on arrival and submit any complaints regarding the goods within 7 (seven) working days of receipt.

Returns are only accepted after contacting Nevotex and obtaining a return order. Returns without a return order slip will not be processed. Returned materials must be suitably packaged to prevent damage during transport. If possible, always use the original packaging.
Fabrics, leather or other materials that have been cut CANNOT be returned. When returning fault-free products, Nevotex reserves the right to deduct up to 30 % of the invoiced amount.   For further information, click here to see  General delivery terms.

Please note

With textile fabrics, leather and artificial leather there may be variations in colour between different dye baths, and as a result the material sample received may differ from the ordered material.   Bear in mind that light materials may become discoloured due to rubbing against users’ clothing, for example. Fabrics that may cause discolouration include denim, dark fabrics or damp clothing. Nevotex will not compensate in the event of discolouration of this kind.

We make reservation for any typing errors, errors in images and inaccurate reproduction of colours on screen. We also reserve the right to discontinue or modify products or replace with similar items without notice. Please note that some products may vary in size and colour in relation to what is shown in images.
